RENTERS AND THEIR GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE DOMESTICATED ANIMALS ON CLUB PROPERTY, WHICH INCLUDES THE CLUBHOUSE, DOCKS, ISLAND AND CLUB GROUNDS

NO PERSONAL WATER CRAFT MAY BE MOORED IN THE SLIP ALONG SIDE THE VESSEL. SLIPS MAY BE RENTED FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF MOORING PERSONAL WATER CRAFT ONLY.

I/We the undersigned prospective renters attest that I/We have read and understand all rules and regulations of the MYC, the terms of this rental agreement and agree to abide by all of them. I further agree not to sublet any portion of this slip assignment.

It is mutually understood that the shareholder has the responsibility to inform the renter of all MYC rules and regulations and that at the discretion of the Board of Directors, any violation thereof may result in termination, without notice, of any right to use the club or any of its facilities and subsequent removal of the renter’s boat. The club shall not be financially obligated in any way should a rental agreement be terminated for cause.
