Prospective Renter Application Instructions
Both Member/Shareholder and the prospective renter must complete an application form. Applications are subject to approval of the MYC Board. Rental applications are for the boating season specified in the form. Boating season is from approximately May 1 to October 17.

MYC Rules and Regulations
It is mutually understood that the shareholder has the responsibility to inform the renter of all MYC rules and regulations and that at the discretion of the Board of Directors, any violation thereof may result in termination, without notice, of any right to use the club or any of its facilities and subsequent removal of the renter’s boat. The club shall not be financially obligated in any way should a rental agreement be terminated for cause.

RENTERS AND THEIR GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE DOMESTICATED ANIMALS ON CLUB PROPERTY, WHICH INCLUDES THE CLUBHOUSE, DOCKS, ISLAND AND CLUB GROUNDS
NO PERSONAL WATER CRAFT MAY BE MOORED IN THE SLIP ALONG SIDE THE VESSEL. SLIPS MAY BE RENTED FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF MOORING PERSONAL WATER CRAFT ONLY.
Application Fees: $510
Rental fee of $500 + $10 processing fee are to be paid by the Shareholder and are to be included with the application.
